WAG = Women’s Artistic Gymnastics

Apparatus: Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam and Floor

Sapphire learn and perform level 3/4 routines at competitions.

There is a strong focus on strength, flexibility, posture, and body control, plus high level of commitment to prepare them to become Level 10 gymnasts. Entry is by coach selection only
